Steve Glasgow

Steve is head of managed services and brings in excess of 20 years’ experience in communications technology, providing high value strategic advice to clients. He has an extensive commercial, technical and delivery background having operated as both the supplier and client for managed and outsourced services, resulting in a deep insight into the challenges from each perspective. Prior to joining Hudson & Yorke, Steve was general manager at a leading service provider responsible globally for the global banking sector, an area that grew consistently under his tenure. Steve holds a first class Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Aston University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Commercial Management from De Montfort University and an MBA from Manchester University Business School. He is also a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).

Steve is highly experienced in developing and delivering managed services. He has a substantial track record in leading transition and management of complex global outsourcing relationships. He also has an extensive commercial and financial management background. Steve has significant knowledge of international network solutions and off-shoring strategies having delivered services on a global basis. In addition to his academic qualification, Steve is ITIL V3 accredited.
