Rahoul Bhansali

Government and utilities

Rahoul leads the government and utilities practice, covering central government, local government and utilities. He has over 13 years consulting experience in which time he worked at KPMG. Rahoul advises clients in the public and private sectors on how to deliver efficiencies and new models of operation through the use of technology. He has advised central government on the role of technology to deliver cost savings, increased collaboration and reform and has a detailed knowledge of the use of communications technology to deliver smart meters and smart grids. He graduated in Economics from Southampton University and is ITIL v3 qualified.

Rahoul is highly experienced in delivering business change and economic value through technology and has delivered consulting engagements across a variety of sectors including government, the NHS, utilities, financial services, energy and telecommunications. He has extensive experience in the design, build and delivery of outsourcing contracts both on the client and supply side. He has presented at numerous industry conferences on the transformation role of technology.
