Nicky Sessions
Service developmentNicky, head of the service development practice, is responsible for Hudson & Yorke’s intellectual capital, methodologies and thought-leadership. Her particular focus is on developing Hudson & Yorke’s strategy and innovation services. She has 9 years consulting experience, in which time she has also worked for Deloitte, KPMG and Andersen. Nicky has extensive experience in strategy, sourcing and transformation programme leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree (1st class honours) from the University of Cape Town.
Nicky’s skills and experience traverse the full technology contract lifecycle. She has in-depth knowledge of developing communications technology strategies and agreements. She has a strong understanding of service management frameworks, technology transformation strategy, operating models, governance models, commercial/ pricing models and sourcing methodologies. She also has strong contractual and negotiations skills and large-scale transition and transformation programme management expertise. In addition to her academic qualifications she holds COBIT accreditation.
