Nick Crossman
Service developmentNick is a managing consultant with over 13 years of experience in consulting and telecommunications technology services, having previously worked for Deloitte and Lucent Technologies Professional Services. He has worked with a wide range of clients and industry groups, performing procurement, outsourcing and programme delivery roles across the public sector, finance, pharmaceutical and energy industries.
Nick specialises in communications technology strategy, procurement and transformation delivery programmes. In his role as Hudson & Yorke’s transformation and value assessment and transformation service champion he is responsible for driving the development of Hudson & Yorke’s intellectual capital in these areas and ensuring that proven methodologies are implemented effectively on client engagements. Nick has a strong technical background and has held engineering roles AT&T, IBM and the former Defence Evaluation and Research Agency. He has an M.Eng (Hons) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.
Nick has practical experience of a range of fixed, mobile and data networks technologies. He possesses excellent research, analysis, analytical, consulting and client management skills. He is experienced in facilitating negotiations between vendors and end user stakeholders and defining technical requirements for complex telecommunications contracts. Nick holds Prince 2 Practitioner and ITIL V3 Foundation qualifications.
