Kate Michell

Kate is head of operations with Hudson & Yorke and heads up the business support team, charged with providing a full range of support services to the consulting team. Kate has worked in management consultancies for over 10 years and has experience in the full realm of operational activities. She holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Strategic Administrative Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management, a Member of both the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Management Institute and an Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Kate’s particular expertise lies in the talent and communications arenas and she has overall responsibility for the recruitment journey within Hudson & Yorke. She provides a framework for the company’s stated commitment to people and develops internal policies and processes to properly support the requirements of the team. In addition Kate sources partners to ensure tier one support to the consulting team.
