Andrew Wilson

Andrew has responsibility for overall consistency and quality of consulting services to clients. He is a seasoned practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in the managed/outsourced services arena, both as a consultant and as a service provider. He brings buy-side and sell-side commercial and strategic insight to the benefit of Hudson & Yorke’s clients. Andrew holds a 1st class honours degree in IT and Computing and an MBA from the Open University.

Andrew has extensive project/contract management and contract formulation experience, which has been gained working on IT and telecommunications projects within the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, rail, telecommunications and utility sectors. He is a business focused consultant who communicates successfully at all levels within client organisations. His experience covers such areas as work process definition, transition management, contract document preparation, tender evaluation, external outsource service and framework agreement negotiation, cost and performance benchmarking of outsourced services, strategic infrastructure analysis and due diligence of strategic investment opportunities.
