Seamless transition of SABMiller's networks
Background
SABMiller was facing the challenge of leveraging its scale to optimise its IT environments, as a result of sudden international growth, mainly through acquisition. To combat this, SABMiller initiated a sourcing strategy with the aim of implementing a standardised global service level agreement with no impact on the business.
The project
SABMiller worked with Hudson & Yorke in the sourcing strategy stage of its project. In recognition of this, as well as the importance of the programme in setting the tone for the future life of the contract, SABMiller retained Hudson & Yorke’s services to support and advise on the transition phase of the project.
