Negotiation skills training course

Hudson & Yorke on the subject of Events and training. Posted on 9 January 2012.

The effectiveness of the negotiation team has a major influence on the benefits embedded in the agreed contract. The importance of ensuring your negotiation team is sufficiently skilled in negotiation techniques can’t be underestimated – you will have to live with the consequences of the negotiation over the contract term.

Our half day training course focuses on how to negotiate IT contracts – we share our tried and tested negotiation techniques and our practical experience of running large scale, complex IT negotiations with you. The course also covers practical exercises for you to practice negotiation techniques. The course is part of a series of training courses that we run.
